Received sales notification, but no money in the balance and no transection activity record.

We set up the Paypal service on our website on 6-1-2020, received the first notification of sales on 22-2, but can not found the money in the balance, and no transection activity showed. A week later, we received another notification that the money in there, if we do not claim by 17-3, the money will be send back to the buyer. Still no money showed in the balance and no transection record.
Another notification came in of another sales on 4-3 , again no money in the balance and no transection activity in our Paypal account.
We call the help centre several times, but each time they insisted there is nothing wrong in the account and possibly money transfer to a wrong email address.. but all information in our profile are correct.. Is that anyone can help? we may have to close the Paypal account as we are expecting sales to be improve in the coming weeks and we cannot afford to operate without funding.
