I have a buyer claiming my shoes are fake!!
I send my soocer shoes to usa and after they arrived buyer send refund claim on ebay and paypal so now i have 100eu(60 ebay and 40 paypal clam??) minus on my paypal balance.. PRICE with shipping was 60 eu
1.hes only respond was a claim: This is fake i want refund!!
2.shoes are 100% original nike and were send in original box with label on the box everything was send as described on ebay(color,size,model).
3.buyer try to claim refund the 1 day after delivery was late even after i send him 2 personal messages that i am sry for delay its covid related and the tracking showed that item is in usa in usps delivery center waiting to be delivered.i allready knew something is gona go wrong with this buyer..
PLEASE what can i do??? Need to respond dont wan t to hurry and do something to help him SCAMM me 😞
I would give him refund if he send it back but dont belive he will want to..
