I applied for a unlock code for my iPhone and each time I tried to make a payment it’s emailed me requiring I set up an account, which I’ve done via two emails and it’s took two payments but not successful email to prove it’s gone through but moneys been taken on my account...no proof of purchase via email just the money taken. What do I do?

It sounds like you may have completed a guest payment, meaning it wouldn't show in your payment history on your account. I apologize for any inconvenience, but you'll need to reach out to us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter so that we can take a closer look at the payment and see if there are any issues.
