Where do I find TOOLS on my screen?
I need to view purchase invoices and have been sent this link on how to do it but I can NOT see TOOLS (so therefore can't click it to follow the instructions) anywhere on my screen.
Please can someone help?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
