This is the error: "We're sorry, your report couldn't be generated due to technical issues. Please try again later."
Any idea what is going on? I've also increasingly getting errors with downloads of reports.
I continue to get the error message in Chrome, "We’re sorry, your report couldn’t be generated due to technical issues. Please try again later.".
I tried the download in Firefox and selected the format QIF and "Since last download". It downloads the same transactions every day. There are no additional transactions downloaded from today and the ones from the previous few days continue to download multiple times. There no changes and the same transactions show up each day making this process completely useless in Firefox and Chrome.
I can't wait to hear from PayPal how it's not their fault.
