Paypal Subscribe Payment - Does not work (?)

I am having a difficult time diagnosing why this button is not working.

1 - The Subscribe campaign is set up through Paypal Business account. I copied the code below the main add to cart container. 

2 - On the main Add to cart checkout page, the paypal buttons work as intended.

3 - On the product page, the add to cart works as intended

4 - On the product page, there is an error with the paypal subscription buttons and no error messages
