Paypal Statement link is not available in Activity Page

Hi,

   I Could not able to see the "Statement" link in my Activity Page.

   It is not visible. It was present earlier before 3 months

   I have checked it in various computers. I have deleted cookies and restarted my system .But nothing worked

   I need to download my Paypal transaction activities in excel frequently

  Please help
