Hello, so recently my Paypal account has been limited and now I have to resolve each limitations. The issue is that when I go try to do so, a message pops up claiming I cannot be helped at this time and customer service is already closed due to COVID-19. I don’t have a paypal cash card and I cannot apply for one due to these limitations. Can someone please help me ASAP??
