I have a problem. GoTranscript can't make a payment to my Pay Pal account, because there is an error when they wants to make payment "The recipient accepts Pay Pal payments only through their website" What does it means? Pay Pal says fix the issue with your merchant, GoTranscript says fix the issue with Pay Pal. Anybody can help me?
