Payment dissapered

I hope you are well.

On 26 March i have made a transaction and now i cannot find it in my summary transactions.

I want to cancel it. Is it possible to being on a fake member?

After the payment I got mail from paypal for authorised payment.

Cannot open a dispute because I cannot find the payment in my earlier transaction history.

Can you help me please?
