Everyone should be aware of an exploit that is being used, and I was just a victim of, losing out on $14,000 (in reality, almost $28,000 because of the type of site I own and run).
Below is a screenshot of the method being sold on their site. What is it you ask? It's as simple as owning an established PayPal, making a purchase from a non-proxy IP near your actual address and immediately calling PayPal and claiming you didn't make the purchase, which then puts a hold on all of your recent transactions with that website/vendor, and within hours they are all reversed in your favor. PayPal does not investigate these other transactions, nor do they allow you, the seller, to provide evidence for Seller Protection or any other reason. They're closed in the buyer's favor, no questions asked.
Thanks PayPal for allowing people to abuse your site without repercussions.
