Hi, I am in Australia and have just set up a PayPal business account for my website. But PayPal is asking me to complete a form called "Certificate of Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding and Reporting (Entities)" in order to verify my account for my website and for eBay.
This form is for the IRS. & NOT for the ATO
I have asked an accountant and he does not understand why PayPal is requesting this information if I am an Australian business, and my income is declared in Australia.
I have attached 1-5 of 8 pages (I could only upload 5 images) See below.
Can someone please help me with this form or can someone give me the details of an accountant who can help.
