I make an eBay sale on 5/8, later in the evening I get an email from Pay Pal telling me to wait 24 hours before shipping. On 5/10 they refund the money to the buyers account but the record says I refunded it. There was no further communications or warnings from Pay Pal. No one to answer questions as the programming is minding the store. How could you even get in touch with anyone there?
