Older transactions

Hello - I need to find transactions as far back as 2016. The website won't let me go back before November, 2018. Will you tell me how I might find older transactions? A client has asked for an accounting of everything he's paid me since 2016 and he's paid all bills via PayPal. Thanks!

Welcome to the PayPal Community. 

I would recommend creating a report in order to view this transaction activity. 

You can download a report of all your transaction activity for up to the past 7 years into PDF, Quicken, QuickBooks, or as a CSV or TAB file.

Here is how to create and download an activity report from your computer:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Click Statements on the right of the page, then click Custom.
3. Select the transaction type, date range and file format.
4. Click Create Report.
5. When the report is ready, click Download.

Here’s how to see your transaction history:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Activity at the top of the page to see your most recent payments.
3. To see more payments, change the date range and click View.
4. Click any payment to see more information about it.
