No 1099 posted online for download. When I called in, I was told that our volume was $15,000. which is below their $21,000. threshold to print 1099's. When I explain that our volume exceeds that amount every month, the response is "That is not correct" - while I am looking my PayPal online report showing hundreds of thousands of dollars for 2018.
Asking for supervisor gets the same results: "Sorry, Sir - that is not correct.
Anyone know to get to someone knowledgeable so that I can this resolved?
