Dear All,
1. I bought an item not as described.
2. Paypal asked me to returned it.
3. I did so and got Paypal's confirm on 30 May.
4. But it seems an refund was never issued till now (15th Jul).
5. And the case was close! The item price is GBP 874! So now we 'gave the seller GBP 874' and returned his item!
6. It might be the 1st such case in our 19 years' relation with Paypal!
What shall we do now?
Below is Paypal's last email instruction to us:
Dear XXX,
Thanks for the tracking information of your return shipment on this case. We've provided it to your seller. Once we can confirm that the item has been returned to your seller, we'll issue a refund of to you.
