This has happened twice now in the past year and I’m still finding it hard to understand. I’ve had two claims go in #1 My balance goes to negative -£23 (PayPal holding the money - that bit I understood) #2 I make more sales bringing my balance back up to zero and into the plus figures again. I sold £40 so I had a balance of £17. I withdrew £10 to bank and left 7 in #paypal awards the buyer the dispute and refund (ok I understand) BUT they refund them out of my current PayPal balance (£7) plus £16 from bank, this Is where it’s confusing - where is the money they ‘held’ ??
