Missing Trasnactions on Download Report

We downloaded our quarterly transactions. We have noticed that from 1st September to 9 August 2019 there are no transactions in the report.

 

We have tried to call Paypal to resolve this, however they keeping finishing the call as they don't have enough advisers due to Covid 19.

 

We require these reports to be able to complete our VAT. Has anyone else had the same issues?

 

It is now hindering our current quarterly VAT return and rather than just matching off transactions in Xero, we are having to manually go in and check.
