I create monthly IIF files of sales to import into Quickbooks Desktop, but the only fields are PayPal Sales and PayPal Fees (pic). A CSV download shows that the data is there as "Sales Tax" but it doesn't show up in the IIF file. Any help? Thanks.

Hello @ducksmith,
Thanks for reaching out! Welcome to the PayPal Community. It looks like you're unable to modify / change what is downloaded in the IIF file type. I was able to find that you can download a .CSV file and import that into QuickBooks. I've never done so myself, but I was able to find a Help Article on QuickBooks Community Forum that might be some help: Import/export CSV files
I hope that helps!!
