Missing Monthly Financial Summary reports / Paypal contact?

Lately, there've been a lot of posts in the forum from members saying they can't find the link to the page to generate the monthly reports even from those that created the reports many times in the past, myself included.

Is Paypal aware of this? And what would be a good way to contact them to let them know about it? I did check their "Contact Us" page but couldn't quite find the right, "I'm having an issue with", category for this to fall under.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
