I've read your other responses. If business accounts don't use the Message Center then 1) why is it there? and 2) how do we contact PayPal? No matter what I click, the bell icon, the message icon, or "contact" down below, I'm taken to the same place. I actually have been wondering if I'm doing something wrong because 1) I assumed the left panel was used for recording message activity, yet it is always blank and 2) I have never received a response to messages I (thought I) sent.
