I received a payment request from the vendor. I made payment via the paypal link that was emailed to me. At this stage I did not have a paypal account. Its been two months and I have not received my product. I have subsequently created a paypal account. However the transaction is not reflecting on my list of activities so I cannot report a claim for a refund. How to I report this claim, if the payment was made prior to having a paypal account?

Look for PayPal email receipt, in it contains a receipt ID number. Call PayPal customer service and provide the receipt ID number to open a Item Not Received dispute.
To contact customer service for assistance:
Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other available options.
Or contacting via social media:
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/paypal
Twitter: @AskPayPal
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
