Issue with requesting a report

According to this statement by PayPal, "you can create and download a detailed report of all your transaction activity for any time period in the past 7 years"

I have tried several time to create a report of all transactions from January 1, 2013 to today.  PayPal does not create the report requested.

Can someone assist me in getting this done.  If not, who do I contact?

Perhaps make a separate report for each year, starting from 2013. It's probably having a meltdown trying to do 6 years of transactions at one time.

Hey, I'm having the same issue! So far I have talked to 4 different customer service agents and none have been able to resolve my issue. The last customer service agent generated the activity report in my behalf but when I open it the report is blank of all transactions. Has anyone been able to get reports for transactions before 2015?
