Dear Members
I am in India, would like to know if payment received in USD considered as foreign income or it is an income in INR? Asking because if it is considered foreign income then there is an exemption in GST. it income is considered in indian rupees then I will have to pay GST. Kindly help.

That only tells me how to download, not sure i got my answer. Also, I could not find the FIRA report by following the steps mentioned in the link. If possible, please let me know if it is a foreign income or domestic. Thanks in advance. Appreciate your time.

Yes, it is considered as export of services which is considered zero rated under GST. PayPal provided FIRA document is proof. If your turnover exceeds 20 lac INR you need to file for a GST number and furnish a letter of undertaking to avoid paying GST and then claim of refund.
