The IRS informed us that the name and tax ID number in your PayPal account doesn't match their records. The IRS requires this info for anyone who receives $600 or more in payments for goods and services in a year.

If the details do not match, or the information is complete, a limitation may be placed on your PayPal account requesting additional information/documentation from you. Once you comply with the limitation requests, and the information is verified, the limitation will be removed. Please ensure the details registered on your PayPal account match the details registered on your IRS account going forward.
