I received a 1099-k from Paypal even though I had no sales in 2020

I thought you only receive a 1099-k form Paypal if you meet their 1099-k requirements? I don't have any sales and I don't want to be flagged by IRS for having sales and not reporting because I have nothing to report. Please help, thx!
