I need my money

I sold a laptop and my buyer sent money through PayPal.. I sent the laptop to him, yesterday when I was supposed to get credited I was told to pay 1600 and I did today I'm being told I need to pay 1400 again in order to receive my money... Why must I suffer like this to get my money

You've also stated that you were told to pay an amount in order to receive the payment from the buyer. Who is telling you that you need to pay in order to receive the payment? Are they telling you through email, text, or phone? PayPal does not require a user to pay money in order to receive a payment from a buyer.
