I called twice and they said both times I need to contact you through email to update my tax ID so I have been sending messages every couple months for years to update it but I never get a reply.
I don't know what else to do.

If you're contacting us or responding to a message we sent you with an email address not associated with your PayPal account, we won' be able to assist you.
Here's how to send us an email:
- Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
- Click Help & Contact near the bottom of the page.
- Click Message Center.
- Click Compose.
- Choose the topic and sub-topic that best match your reason for contacting us.
- Type your message.
- Click Send.
