I cannot get my Monthly Statements Nor report it as an error

Hi guys,
When I click on the request button, I get back this result "Failed, Retry"
Then I can click on "retry" and the same happens. Before that usually, the reports were generated only after a few days.
I find this really disappointing. Yet alone the very long processing time was bad, but I'm trying to get my statements for around 7 days now. I need them for my accounting... as soon as possible.
Then I tried to report the problem, so make a ticket in the resolution center. But when I click on the "Report a Problem" button I'm redirected to a "transactions' list page" where actually I cannot create any reports/tickets.
I've used the "reports feedback" button, but I don't think it is an appropriate channel, also nothing happened.
What should I do? I'm afraid to call the phone support because I have _extremely bad_ experiences with them.
Any ideas?
