I got the message"Tax info doesn’t match IRS records,” and I need to update my tax info. I created my USA paypal account years ago, but I live and work in Japan as a freelancer, and I file my taxes in Japan including the income I receive through paypal. I don’t have any U.S. taxpayer information. What do I do?
