How to produce a report with "Ready to send" or any variable

I wish to produce a  data report that extracts the paypal orders that are "ready to send" in other words have not been processed for dispatch.

Currently you can produce this list but the blue download button on top left takes you to the activity download page but there is no search

facility there to reproduce the same report.
