How to identify transactions in a Withdrawal?

How do I find out what transactions were included in a Withdrawal (Deposit to my bank account)? I created a CSV file but some transactions were on hold so I don't know what specific ones were included. (We are a non-profit and I need to document all donations in QuickBooks.)

Thank you for joining the PayPal Community, and congratulations on your first post!

When money is received into your account and released from any holds, it becomes part of the balance. If the balance or any portion thereof is withdrawn, the withdrawal is not associated with any particular transactions, as the funds are pooled at that point. The CSV file should show how the balance was affected by each transaction.

Thank you very much. I had trouble determining the exact donor matches. I took all of the donations and then put them into Excel. I used the Solver to identify the amounts that would be included in each deposit totals. Hope this helps anyone else having this problem. Thank you again!
