How to Convert PayPal Business Account in Freelancer account?

I am unable to connect with PayPal customer support. Really very poor help support. Please help me How to change account type, please send paypal India email address & phone number

If I understand your question correctly, to switch between PayPal Business to Personal account, you must contact PayPal customer service to do it. 

Only upgrading from personal to business account is available within your PayPal account, not downgrading to personal. 

Regardless of what account type you have, please make sure you complete step 2 in order to receive payments:

Then go through the steps to set up your PayPal account in Freelancer account:

2. Click HELP at the top menu.
