I paid some money online and received a letter from paypal said that "A review of the transaction below raised a suspicion that it may have not been authorized. As a result, we've reversed this transaction"
I konw it was me who use the money. How can I confirm the transaction?
It is the first time I use Paypal. I paid while I register the Paypal account.
