How do I see my history older than 3years old

Here's one options - Download or export your Transaction History:
* Login to your account.
* Click "Activity"
* Under "Simple" "Detailed"
* Click on "Statements"
* Click on "Activity export"
* Select "Custom Date Range"
* Select your "From" and "To" Dates
* Under the Format drop down - Select "CSV"
* Click "Create Report"
* When the report is completed - click "Download"

What this process does is export your history to a CSV file, you can then use an app like Excel to sort, view, create and print your own reports.

None of the above appears when I click on activity? perhaps PP have changed again

Hi @TracieFaa,

I'm sorry for any confusion. The steps may be different for accounts in different countries, and interfaces also do change from time to time. This article has the current steps for obtaining account records in UK accounts.

This is not a solution.  You can't enter in a date further back than 3 years.  So how does this solve the problem?

Can we get some real people to review these please and not bots?
