Hi, got damaged item from ebay and now have paypal asks me to return an item back to get a full refund but i prefer a partial refund because the item i bought shipped overseas after delivering to US address and i payed $200 for oversea shipping and import taxes. Item cost was $200 and now it costs me $400. It does not make sense returning it. How can i ask to help getting partial refund?
