Getting "things are not working at the moment" message when trying to add SSN for 1099k form

I need to enter SSN so I can get a 1099-k form for tax purposes.  I've tried over a number of days and logged in and out but it keeps displaying "things are not working at the moment", TIA

I am sorry about your issue. Please, clear cache and cookies and try with a different browser. If that is not the case, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
