Fixing a 1099K

I'm the admin (web & PP) for a non-profit. I set up the PP account. In 2018 PP sent the IRS a 1099K and used my SSN instead of the orgs ID and the IRS wants tax & penalty. I started with the Indian call center who just kept saying "we have to tell the IRS ...". I finally was able to talk to someone stateside who opened a ticket and said it would be fixed. PP would email me instructions. We corrected a bad email address - now I can't get PP to resend that email - "(latest) Can you please clarify as to what ...". There's a string of messages of what I'm trying to get fixed, nobody reads the thread - it's "Hi, what's your problem?" and I have to start all over. Am I going to have to contact a lawyer to get PP to send a corrected 1099K to the IRS?
