I've not received any notifications from PayPal about FACTA and have been charged USA taxes on my sales from New Zealand since the beginning of Novemeber, the link to the forms just goes around back to the help menu repeatedly. I try to contact the customer services but again only find myself back at the help menu. I try to ring from here in New Zealand but only get a discontinued ring tone. How do I ring from outside the USA to resolve this issue? as I fear by not filling in the forms I'll have my account restricted soon. Thanks in anticipation, Stephen.
