When I download my CSV reports nowadays, Paypal seems to not be giving near as much detail as they used to. I can't see a description in items that I have purchased. Does anyone know how to access this information through a report?
I cannot get phone numbers or addresses. I have talked to support and received three different solutions, none of which have worked. I don't know what to do now. Any ideas, anyone?
