Download PayPal transactions to Quickbooks using IIF: Match my QuickBooks Chart of Accounts?

When I download IIF files form PayPal, all Income is identified as "Other", and all fees and outflows are identified as "Other".
I would like to download an IIF file from PayPal that has the Income items and Expense items properly classified so they match the Chart of Accounts in Quickbooks. For example, I have an account called "605-PayPal Fees" in set up in Quickbooks. I would like all PayPal fees in the IIF file to use this label (and not use the "Other" label) so that, when I import the IIF file into Quickbooks, those expenses are classified properly.
Is there a way to do this?

All we really need is to be able to map accounts before downloading. "Other Income" and "Other Expenses" is not going to cut it when you have thousands of transactions in Paypal that you want to track to different accounts.
