I requested an activity report on Jan 2 and still haven't received it. (I typically get it within 24 hours). Anyone else having issues getting download reports?
Also, I tried, submitting a problem ticket but every time I click "Report a Problem" it just takes me to the activity page. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Yes, requested IIF report for download on 06Jan19, status still showing as "submitted" as of 14Jan19. Called the customer service line and advised it could take one to two weeks to process due to backlog.
What's odd is that the report that stuck is a "Since last download" report. When I add a custom date report, I'm able to get that processed in the normal SLA (within few minutes). It's just that the one report from Jan 6 is stuck. It's just bad that I can't even open a ticket against this.
