Once a month I transfer money from my personal checking to my Paypal account. Do these deposits show up in the sales figure on my Paypal 1099 form? Or is the sales figure only from eBay sales, shipping costs, etc...?
No, it shouldn't count add money transfers to your PayPal account as part of the 1099K requirements. Only gross of sales transactions. Shipping/Handling, etc have to be claimed as expense off the gross in your taxes where applicable.
