This is got to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with my tire 60 years of living. It’s pathetic. Websites in competent. As well as the staff. Nothing but frustrations. I’ve been trying for three days. And I spent a total of 12 hours. 12 hours on hold and dealing with your customer service and the problem still is a problem. Anyone using this website should not use it boycott it it’s pathetic. It’s more like abuse pal. To add salt to an injury. The phone number on the website doesn’t even work. It’s no longer in service.
