Crazed fan from youtube now trying to threaten me with charge back

Hi all,

I have received some very generous donations via my youtube channel from a fan who was all hearts and rainbows but recently turned evil stalker fan and now is threatening to charge back all their donations. I have done nothing fraudulent and all donations were made from their own freewill. If they try and get back money that is spent it will do real harm to me and my family. Is this legal? Can someone without any fraud on my behalf being committed, terrorise me via charge backs just because they 'feel like it'? Is that legal or am I protected from such unethical behaviour ?

A chargeback is not a paypal dispute, it is normally done directly via a buyers credit card company and that card company make any decisions.

He would normally have about 6 months to open a credit card chargeback, whether he wins or not is up to them.

To get a better clarification, is this from A FAN or several FANS?
