I had opened a dispute against seller - which was closed in a day as seller agreed to honor his commitment. Seller communicated to PayPal and on my resolution centre - the dispute is shown as "closed". I didnt do anything - as it was "closed" by Paypal.
I have NO further option to close it .....
However the seller havent received the funds which is apparently on hold - and is being advised by PayPal that I (the buyer) has to "close" the dispute. But I don't see any option to close the case or do anything further as on my resolution centre it is marked as "closed"!! - I have sent several messages" to PayPal - but haven't received any reply - its been 3 days now!
Can anyone help please ?????????
