Got a charge back against me, balance was -£9.46 I cleared this with money from my debit card that was linked to my PayPal to bring my account back up to balance. Does this mean the person has received there money back from the back what they paid for the item, as they have now put a claim in against me on PayPal to for the same amount. Surely I have paid them already?
