Cannot generate a Financial or Monthly report

Is anyone else having trouble generating monthly financial and/or sales reports? 

I've been trying for more than 20 minutes, and it just keeps spinning.

We are not aware of any specific issues in generating financial or sales report. If you're still facing issues, please try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. It could be a technical issue!
