When I click to customize my downloadable cvs history reports, a window pops up with the list of fields I can chose and the option to include shopping cart details, but it doesn’t allow me to check any of these boxes. The screed seems to be masked in gray and there is no close button. I muse refresh in order to exit. I have tried 3 different browsers plus my iPad, all with the same results.
I have always been able to download shopping cart details with the older version of this page, but that one seems to have been permanently removed now. My desktop system relies on this feature as I cannot generate detailed customer statements or sales reports without it.
Furthermore, I cannot find this history page from the PayPal website — at least not from the sections I would logically search. I have to use an old bookmark to access it.
