For the last four hours or so I've been trying to access an activity report I requested, both via the link sent via email and through the website.
It seems like that whole section of the Paypal website is offline - pages won't load at all, for example: https://business.paypal.com/merchantdata/reportHome?reportType=DLOG
Anyone else having a similar problem? Or know when it will be back?
I called and they said there was a problem and has been for the last 48 hours or so.
